Positioning and ways of working

encurio combines strategic consulting with technical delivery. We do not begin with a particular tool, but with the business question: which process, decision, or customer experience should improve? From there, we define prioritized use cases, testable assumptions, and a bounded first delivery step.

Prototypes are used for early validation. Integration into existing operations follows only when value, data, quality requirements, and ownership have been sufficiently clarified. Founder experience

Sebastian Rahmel is the founder and managing director of encurio GmbH. He brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, online retail, and marketing. His professional background includes Director of eCommerce roles at Medion and HRS as well as many years leading his own digital agency. This combination of corporate responsibility, development, and consulting informs how encurio connects business objectives with implementable technology.
